REFUND POLICY

Rally Supply Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides custom, made-to-order products fulfilled through third-party partners, including Printful. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that all items are produced specifically for you and therefore fall under our limited refund and return policy. This Refund Policy is provided for general informational purposes only and does not serve as legal advice. Customers with specific concerns about their rights should seek independent legal counsel.

Because each item is printed on demand, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes ordered, or any preference-based issues. All orders are automatically sent into production, and once this process has begun, they cannot be changed or canceled. However, if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a production error, we will work with Printful to replace it at no cost. Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and a description of the problem. Claims are reviewed and approved at Printful’s discretion.

In cases where shipping carriers lose or fail to deliver a package, Printful may offer a replacement once the situation has been verified. If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the lost shipment; if the package is returned, the customer may pay for reshipment. All replacement decisions are guided by Printful’s official policies, and by purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that order quality, production timelines, and resolution processes may be influenced by the performance of our third-party fulfillment provider.
