By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging in any design or digital service through Rally Supply Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions, including online orders, drop-shipping purchases, digital design work, branding services, website creation, and social media design. Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

All physical products purchased through our store are fulfilled by third-party production partners, including Printful, and may not be canceled or altered once they enter production. Because items are made-to-order, color variations, placement adjustments, and minor differences from product mockups may occur. For all digital services—including website design, branding, logo creation, marketing assets, and social media design—a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due before final files, access, or deliverables are released. Clients are responsible for providing clear direction, timely feedback, and required content to prevent delays. All design work remains the property of Rally Supply Co. until paid in full.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Because both print-on-demand items and custom design services rely on third-party tools, creative labor, and individualized production, all sales are considered final and non-refundable except where outlined in our Refund Policy. Digital designs may not be copied, altered, resold, or distributed without written permission, and Rally Supply Co. retains the right to use completed work in portfolios, promotional materials, or social media unless otherwise agreed upon. Turnaround times for both physical goods and digital services may vary depending on project scope, communication speed, production timelines, and unforeseen delays involving third-party partners. By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that these factors may affect timelines and accept that such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
