Rally Supply Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) partners with third-party production and shipping providers, including Printful, to fulfill and deliver all orders. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that shipping timelines, carrier performance, and delivery outcomes are largely managed by these independent providers. This Shipping Policy is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Customers with specific legal concerns regarding shipping rights should consult a licensed professional.

All products are made-to-order and require a production period before shipment. Standard fulfillment generally takes 2–7 business days, after which items are shipped through a network of independent carriers. Shipping timelines vary based on destination, carrier delays, seasonal volume, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control. Once a package leaves the fulfillment facility, Rally Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, stolen packages, failed delivery attempts, or tracking inaccuracies. Customers will receive a tracking number when the order ships, though tracking updates may be delayed depending on the carrier.

If a shipment is lost in transit, Printful may offer a replacement after their investigation process is complete, but this is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for delivery failures or lost packages; if the item is returned to the fulfillment center, customers may pay for reshipment. Because we rely on third-party providers for both fulfillment and delivery, all shipping resolutions—including delayed shipments, reroutes, or replacement packages—are subject to the policies and timelines of those providers.
